I am an experienced business and project manager who delights in facilitating and enriching those around me to be their best.

Having worked with David over the last 19 years means that I understand the strengths and expertise that he and the team around him are able to deliver.

My role is to continue to develop and maintain the business model we have deployed at Reidlaw, and that is one that focuses on the best interests of the client, which includes ensuring that our processes are as efficient as possible and that our team works well together.

Background and Experience

Tanya was mentored as a business intern by the director of operations at one of Australian largest fashion corporations through the 1990’s. She then went on to running a business in project management and information technology.

Changing course 10 years later, Tanya started working as a business manager for a law firm and has been involved ever since.

Tanya’s current understanding of how a law firm operates comes from not only working in a law firm over many years, managing the business and staff, but also from being actively involved in the daily operations and tasks.
